Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY STATEMENT

Warwick Test Supplies Ltd policy is to conduct our business activities in compliance with relevant rules and regulations applicable to our business. Our reputation is built on the integrity of our staff and their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical business practice.  We are therefore committed to taking steps to ensure that components and products we receive from our suppliers are responsibly sourced.

Mineral resources from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) — such as gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten — are key elements of consumer electronic components and products. In addition, these minerals are also contained in a wide variety of other products ranging from automobiles and aircraft to cans.

We can confirm that products manufactured by Warwick Test Supplies do not contain any of the above minerals originating from the DRC.  This policy will remain in effect for the foreseeable future.

As a franchised distributor we require cooperation from our supply chain to provide source information for customers who require it.  We will support our customers that have reporting requirements and assist them in implementing their conflict minerals programmes by working cooperatively with our supply chain to gain the source information required.

At this time, we do not know of any component or product that we purchase that contains these metals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country.

We also support industry efforts such as the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) and Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) to enable companies to source conflict-free minerals.
