The TO518005D is a transistor mounting pad that will convert a 3-lead TO-18 type spread to a TO-5 spread or a 0.1in (2.54mm) matrix. The 6.8mm (0.268")dia, 2.92mm (0.115") high transistor mounting insulating bush has 3 x through holes 3.61mm (0.142") PCD) for mounting the transistor.
Made from 30% Glass Filled PBT UL94V-0 Black for high temperature resistance.
