The TO18020D is an insulating bush for mounting transistors with a TO18 case style. The 5.72mm diameter, 4.57mm high transistor mounting insulating bush has a star configuration, (16.5mm PCD), for mounting the transistor.
Made from 30% Glass Filled PBT UL94V-0 Black for high temperature resistance.
