The TO5011D is a transistor mounting pad that offers a wide range of benefits. It gives mechanical support to the device, acts as an anti-moisture trap and provides insulation between the device and board.
The star configuration has a 8.74 mm (0.344") diameter, height of 4.06 mm (1.60") and PCD measurement of 5.1 mm (0.2").
