The TO5007D is a transistor mounting pad that offers a wide range of benefits. It gives mechanical support to the device, acts as an anti-moisture trap and provides insulation between the device and board.
The 3 hole configuration has a 8.9 mm (0.35") diameter and height of 0.97 mm (0.038").
