The TO58L is a transistor mounting pad that offers a wide range of benefits. It gives mechanical support to the device, acts as an anti-moisture trap and provides insulation between the device and board.
The 8 lead straight through mount has a 9.53 mm (0.375") diameter, height of 0.53 mm (0.021") and PCD of 5.08mm (0.20").
