Fluke ii905 Industrial Acoustic Imager
Fluke-ii905
- Description
Fluke ii905 Industrial Acoustic Imager
The Fluke ii905 is equipped with an array of 64 microphones to capture sound waves eminating from an object. These sound signals and then converted in to an overlaid visual image "SoundMap" on the 7in display. The aucoustic imaging can accurately pin point the direction of the sound waves in a wide range of frquencies, such as those from a compressed air system, leaks or partial discharge. Compressor system leaks typically emit sound from 30-60kHz and partial discharge, (electrical leaks), emit sound from 20-110kHz. The ii905 can also detect frequencies 2-65kHz which also enables the discovery of mechanical issues which may change over time. Creating th eimage and identifiying potential leaks, discharge or mechanical noise will enable a user to be proactive in maintance and detect problems at the earlist opportunity.
Inspect entire plants within hours
The straightforward, intuitive interface allows technicians to isolate the sound frequency of the leak to filter out loud background noise. In a matter of hours, the team can inspect the entire plant – during peak operations. For the first time, you can quickly and easily identify the air leak repairs needed to ensure efficient operations and reduce utility bills. Images can be saved and exported for reporting purposes.
Lower your utility costs, reduce leak detection time and improve reliability in your production line. Never leave air leaks unattended again.
