The new TT-SI 8010A and TT-SI 8010B active differential probes allow safe, accurate high voltage measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground. The TT-SI-8010B is a probe designed for a wide variety of measurements up to 100MHz / ±7000V and is compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers.
