Testec TT-SI-8050 Active Differential Oscilloscope Probe 70MHz - x50/x500
The new TT-SI 8050 active differential probes allow safe, accurate measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground. These probes are perfect designed for a wide variety of measurements up to 70MHz and are compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers.
