The Kappa 315 cutting and stripping machine processes wires with a cross section of 0.05 mm² to 10 mm² thanks to the sturdy blade holder and various blade shapes.

The Kappa 315 has a strong and robust cutting head for processing wires with a conductor cross-section of 0.05 mm² to 10 mm². A wide variety of blades and wire guides can be changed without tools. The TopTouch user interface is designed for quick and easy programming of the machine. Programs can be generated and saved with just a few clicks. If it is necessary to connect the Kappa 310 to the company network, to extend it with feed, wire deposit systems, or if labelling on the wires is necessary, the Kappa machine can be expanded with options that make this possible.

The programmable Mira 340 stripping machine enables automated processing of wires with an outer diameter of up to 8 mm and a strip length of 72 mm.

The Mira 340 and 340 Q work precisely and with high stripping quality thanks to the rotating cutting unit with 4X blades. The patented ACD incision monitoring system ensures quality assurance during cutting and/or pulling by detecting the slightest contact between the blade and conductor. The Mira 32 wire stripper is the ideal entry-level model for the semi-automated wire processing of wires up to an outer diameter of 4 mm and a strip length of 25 mm.

With the Mira 32, PVC, PE or PP cables can also be processed with a single universal V-blade. The stripping enables both full and partial stripping and a minimum insertion depth of 14 mm – even up to 11 mm with upgraded, thin grippers. This also processes cables for miniaturised connector housings and a small distance between the jacket and crimp.

The EcoCut 100 is designed to cut cables, hoses, flat strip lines and strands to a preset length. The machine can cut material with a thickness of max. 12 mm diameter and max. 100 mm width. Copper strands can be machined up to a cable cross section of 10 mm². The material is inserted into the machine and clamped by the operator.
